看样子应该是缺景物了，重装一下地图试试，或者安装一下V2.1 V1.0及过往版本，删除maps文件中Städtedreieck文件夹用V3.1版本的替换或者改一下非U语言为德语
还不行的话在打一下simplestreets、terrinsplines、gCW等插件，打满！
或者用map tools直接检查

还有，你文件好像乱码了，非U语言是指在控制面板（主机）中调整的语言，不是游戏中的语言！

請在非Unicode環境為德語時下載及安裝文件

请将压缩包里的Readme_V3→Installation 下所有提供的额外插件下载并注意安装，Readme_V3.1里面的也要

需要打开 V3版本的PDF文件然后下载里面提到的插件 插件包的只包括了部分add-on的还有这个地图需要德语环境
