MAN NLC 不帶輪轂蓋的新輪框 12C/18C/19C - New wheels without hubcaps 更新1.04轮毂

Additional version notes
This version replaces the original wheels with hubcaps for the normal style wheels. No hubcaps are displayed. Please be aware and make a backup copy of the original model.cfg files.
All busses supported. 12C, 18C and 19C.
Now works with the 1.03 patch of the NLC.
